2. Legal framework

Data processing is subject to the jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates, specifically Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (UAE Personal Data Protection Law, hereinafter "UAE PDPL"). For visitors residing in the European Union, we recognise the rights set forth by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) pursuant to Article 3(2).

3. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form:

• Full name

• Phone number

• Vehicle of interest (free-form description)

• Delivery address or city

When you reach out via WhatsApp or email, we store the conversation content for the time necessary to handle your request. We do not collect profiling data via third-party cookies.

4. Purposes

Data are processed exclusively for:

• Responding to consultation requests for vehicle import

• Operational communications concerning the active case (quotes, updates, documents)

• Fulfilling contractual and customs obligations during import

5. Legal basis

Processing relies on:

• Explicit consent of the data subject (provided by ticking the privacy checkbox)

• Contractual necessity for performance of the requested service

• Applicable legal obligations (e.g. international customs traceability)

6. Retention period

Contact data are retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last meaningful interaction. Documents related to import operations that were actually completed are retained for 10 years pursuant to UAE and European tax obligations. After those terms, data are deleted or anonymised.

7. Recipients

Data are not disclosed to third parties except as strictly necessary to perform the service:

• Freight forwarders and customs authorities for UAE export and EU import processes

• Payment institutions for wire transfers or escrow accounts

• Tax and legal advisors under confidentiality obligations

• Technical providers (email servers, hosting) selected for reliability

We do not sell or share data for marketing purposes.

8. International transfers

Data are hosted on cloud infrastructure located within the European Union (Vercel — Frankfurt/Dublin). Operational access takes place from Dubai. For EU visitors, the EU → UAE transfer occurs under appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 49 GDPR (explicit consent + contractual necessity).

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data and obtain a copy

• Request rectification or erasure

• Restrict or object to processing

• Withdraw your consent at any time

• For EU visitors: data portability and complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority

10. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data: encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access limited to authorised personnel, multi-factor authentication on critical systems. In case of a breach likely to expose your data to high risk, we notify you without undue delay.

We may update this notice to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last-updated date stated below.
